Norwegian Space Centre (NSC)
In 2006, Norwegian Space Centre awarded a study to Corona Space
Surveillance Centre to identify Norwegian and non-Norwegian facilities,
data sources and software which can be used to provide services to
spacecraft operators and space agencies. This study also covered legal

Study of the Capability Gaps concerning European Space Situational Awareness (Ongoing)
European Space Agency (ESA)
The objective of this Requirements Study is to create the basis for an
elaborate Preparatory Action, which will include an architectural
study, leading to a programme proposal for a SSA System, to be
presented at the next ESA Ministerial Council. Specifically, this study
will identify preliminary capability gaps regarding Space Situational Awareness.

COAST - Collision Avoidance Safety Tool (Initiated)
Corona Space
The objective of this project is to develop Collision Avoidance Safety Tool
(COAST) application. The purpose of this tool is to analyze collision
risk between the proposed space-craft and existing space objects/space
debris in the mission analysis phase as well as to estimate the
collision probability for the existing spacecrafts in orbit.
